Any analytics shown within TC Journal reflect historical data entered by the user and should not be interpreted as predictions or guarantees of future performance.

Huddleston, or any related entities. The ICT terminology used in TC Journal is based on publicly available educational content for organizational purposes only.

1. Acceptance of Terms. TC Journal is owned and operated by TC Trades LLC. By accessing or using TC Journal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of Service. TC Journal is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool for personal trade journaling and analytics. You may not use TC Journal for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

3. No Financial Advice. TC Journal does not provide financial advice. All analytics, insights, and features are educational tools only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and financial outcomes.

4. Subscription and Billing. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TC Journal cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. User Data. You own your trade data. TC Journal does not sell, rent, or share your personal trade data with third parties without your consent. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, chargebacks, or any other prohibited activity.

8. Limitation of Liability. TC Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

Information We Collect. We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, billing information, and the trade data you log. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

How We Use Your Information. Your data is used to provide and improve TC Journal, process payments, send service-related communications, and for support. We do not use your trade data for advertising or resell it to third parties.

Data Security. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit) to protect your data. We regularly audit our security practices.

Data Retention. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support or using the in-app data deletion feature.

Your Rights. You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws.

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand usage. You may opt out of analytics cookies in your account settings.

Third-Party Services. We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database infrastructure, and Vercel for hosting. Each third party has its own privacy policy.

Futures Trading Risk. Trading in futures contracts involves a high degree of risk. The amount you may lose may be greater than your initial investment. Only risk capital — money that you can afford to lose — should be used in futures trading.

Leveraged Products. Leveraged products magnify both gains and losses. A small adverse move in the market price can result in immediate and substantial losses. You should consider using stop-loss orders and other risk management techniques.

No Guarantee of Results. TC Journal's analytics, win rate calculations, and performance metrics are based solely on historical data you have entered. These metrics do not guarantee future trading results. Market conditions, psychology, and execution vary and are not predictable.

Prop Firm Accounts. Funded trading accounts from proprietary trading firms involve their own specific rules, risk parameters, and terms. TC Journal is not responsible for any actions taken by prop firms regarding your accounts. Always read the terms of your specific prop firm.

Educational Content. Any ICT concepts, trading setups, or analytical frameworks referenced within TC Journal are for educational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute a recommendation to trade any specific setup or instrument.
